Refunds and Returns Policy

We understand that there may be times when you need to return a product you have purchased from us. Our returns and refunds policy is designed to be transparent, fair, and easy to understand to ensure your satisfaction.

Conditions for Returns and Refunds

  • Products must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.
  • Items must be in new, unused condition, with all original packaging, accessories, and documentation.
  • Customized or personalized items are not eligible for return, except in cases of manufacturing defects or damage in transit.
  • Items sold on clearance are non-refundable.
  • Products damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper installation are not eligible for return or refund.

Process for Returns:

  • Initiate a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at [email protected] with your order number, details about the product you would like to return, and the reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.
  • Shipping: Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a shipping address. Please note, that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • Inspection: Upon receipt of the returned item, our team will inspect the product to ensure it meets the return conditions. We will then notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Refunds:

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges:

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] and send your item to our return address provided during the return initiation process.

Restocking Fee:

A restocking fee may apply to some returns. This will be communicated to you during the return initiation process if applicable.
