IH/Rosenbauer 750/3000 Commercial Tanker

FAYETTEVILLE– Vander Volunteer FD has taken delivery of a new 3000 gallon tanker built by Rosenbauer. The truck carries a Darley LSP pump rated at 750 gpm. All plumbing is Stainless Steel and there are three (3)electric Newton dumps with controls on the body and in the cab. An aluminum covered and painted drop tank rack accomodates a 3000 gallon tank and is supplied with electic over hydraulic controls. There are cross lays above the pump panel and a booster hose reel recessed below the rear dump that carries 1″ hose. Vander chose a 3/16″ extruded aluminum body that has a complete Whelen LED lighting package and an LED traffic light on the rear. The truck is supplied on an IH 7600 cab and chassis that is powered by a Cummins ISM engine rated at 410hp. The transmission is an Allison 4500EVSP which provides pump and roll capability.
