International/Rosenbauer 1000/750 Timberwolf

MOUNTAIN CITY– Neva Volunteer FD in Johnson County TN has taken delivery of a new Timberwolf Urban Interface Pumper built by Rosenbauer.  Platform for the truck is a 4 door International chassis with a 310hp MaxxForce engine.  The truck carries 750 gallons.

The Timberwolf is equipped with the exclusive Rosenbauer NH pump rated at 1000 gpm.  The pump provides normal and high pressures simultaneously and allows for both forward and reverse pump and roll capabilities at up to 10 mph.  Couple with Rosenbauer’s Fix Mix foam system, the pump produces CAFS like foam in high pressure operation.  The high pressure side of the pump is plummed to a booster reel and front bumper turret which is controlled by a  joy stick in the cab.
